Through Loftey’s sales program, she trained directly under the mentorship of the CEO and Principal Broker, gaining hands-on experience with buyer consultations, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract-to-close coordination. Working within one of New York City’s most established brokerages, Charlotte developed a strong foundation in both inbound client advisory and proactive off-market outreach, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to help clients succeed in a competitive market.
Her real estate expertise is further strengthened by an exceptional institutional background in commercial real estate and investment analysis. Through her experience with JPMorgan Chase’s commercial real estate teams, Charlotte built deep knowledge in underwriting, market comps, loan sizing, and risk analysis across multifamily, retail, office, and industrial assets. Combined with her academic work in economics and real estate finance at NYU, this gives her a sophisticated understanding of market dynamics, valuation, and investment strategy that translates into clear, data-driven guidance for residential clients.
