Alan entered real estate in 2008, and has been in love with it ever since. Alan was fortunate enough to train and work with some of the best agents early in his career, and his experiences as both an agent and New Yorker allows him to provide extensive knowledge of the city and market- and a unique experience- to his clients.
Born and raised in New York, Alan’s love and understanding of the city are automatically shared with every person he works with. His priority is to ensure his clients have a great experience, and above all, to make sure that they have everything they need to make the best decisions possible. He leaves no stone unturned, and presents all relevant information, considerations, and possibilities in a simple and straightforward manner. Moving is oftentimes a chaotic and highly emotional experience, and Alan’s methodical and easy going approach helps make the process as easy- and stress free as possible.
Some of Alan’s favorite places in the city include the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Brooklyn Bridge Park, and just driving down the Henry Hudson Parkway on a beautiful day. He has a degree in Finance, and enjoys writing and playing board games in his free time.
